Already a firm favourite in the likes of Spain, Dominican distillers Ron Barcelo’s lofty reputation has only recently started to spread further afield. Imperial is one of the jewels in their crown, aged for anywhere between 4 and 10 years and bottled with a wonderfully smooth texture and hints of caramel and toffee apple.
